Ingredients

  • 4 medium, unpeeled potatoes or sweet potatoes, washed and chopped
  • 1 tbsp 3 Onion Dip Mix, or dip mix of your choice
  • 12 cup milk or water
  • 2 tbsp Pesto Sauce, prepared, or salad dressing, your choice
  • 2 tbsp Pesto Sauce Mix
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp pine nuts or pistachio nuts, optional
  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 14 cup olive oil

Preparation

  1. Combine potatoes and dip mix in a Multipurpose Steamer.
  2. Microwave on high, with lid on, for 10 minutes.
  3. Mash potatoes with milk and finishing sauce until desired consistency.
