When we say “best ever,” we know what we’re talking about. Cozy up with a big bowl of chili that'll warm you up from the inside out! This one-pot wonder is perfect for when you need something hearty and comforting on chilly weeknights or when tailgating with friends. It’s great for big-batch cooking, so you’ll have plenty to share!

Ingredients

  • 1 can (19 oz/540 ml) red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (28 oz/796 ml) unsalted diced tomatoes
  • 1 pkg Best Ever Chili Seasoning
  • 12 cup water
  • 1 lb (450 g) lean ground beef

Preparation

  1. In Sauté Pan, cook ground beef over medium-high heat until browned. Using Ground Meat Separator, break up chunks.
  2. Stir in seasoning, tomatoes, beans, and water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; partially cover and simmer 15–18 min, stirring occasionally, until cooked to your liking.

Tips

Swap beef with ground chicken, turkey, pork, or a meat alternative, and cook with 1 tbsp oil.

For a vegetarian option, take out the ground beef and add two extra cans of beans (three cans in total). Try a medley of different kinds of beans for some variety!
