Best Dressed Greens

Ingredients

  • 10 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1 bunch radishes, trimmed and thinly sliced
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • Sea Salt, freshly ground, to taste
  • Black Pepper, freshly ground, to taste
  • 12 cup raspberry vinaigrette dressing, or balsamic vinaigrette dressing
  • 12 cup crumbled light feta cheese

Preparation

  1. Place greens in a large serving bowl.
  2. Add radishes and tomatoes.
  3. Season with Salt and Pepper, then drizzle with raspberry vinaigrette. Gently toss to mix. Finish with feta.
