Berry Good Elderflower Sangria

This sangria is so good you’ll be on cloud “wine”! This refreshing summer bevy is perfect for weekend getaways with pals. The ingredients easily pack up for quick assembly poolside, on the cottage dock, at the beach, and even while glamping! Pssst: Grilled Salmon makes the perfect food pairing!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups berries, fresh or frozen, your choice
  • 2 cups prepared Elderflower Cordial Herbal Tea, chilled
  • 1 cup boiling or cold water
  • 1–2 bags Elderflower Cordial Herbal Tea Blend
  • Ice cubes, optional
  • 14 cup club soda, optional
  • 2 cups rosé wine
  • 1 cup soda water

Preparation

  1. Place berries into large pitcher. Pour in tea, wine, and soda water; stir to mix.
  2. Pour over ice into four glasses.
