Belgian Hot Chocolate with Almond

A tasty treat to warm the soul.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups milk
  • 13 cup milk chocolate
  • 14 tsp almond extract
  • cocoa powder, for dusting
  • 4 cinnamon sticks

Preparation

  1. Heat milk in Multipurpose Pot until scalding hot.
  2. Add chocolate, stirring continuously until melted. Add almond extract. Serve in a mug, top with a little whipped cream, a dusting of cocoa and a cinnamon stick for stirring.
