Can’t beet this dip! It will delight taste buds and its vibrant purple hue will dazzle guests.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 oz/398 ml) beets, drained
  • 14 cup 2% Greek yogurt
  • 14 cup walnuts
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Dilly Dip Mix
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste

Preparation

  1. In food processor, blend all ingredients, including salt and pepper, if desired.
  2. Spoon into serving dish, cover, and chill.
