Ingredients
1 can (14 oz/398 ml) beets, drained
1⁄4 cup 2% Greek yogurt
1⁄4 cup walnuts
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp Lemon Dilly Dip Mix
Sea Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
Instructions
In food processor, blend all ingredients, including salt and pepper, if desired.
Spoon into serving dish, cover, and chill.
