Ingredients
1⁄2 tsp oil
1 1⁄2 lbs (675 g) lean ground beef
1 pkg Taco Seasoning
1 cup water
8 corn tortillas
Instructions
Heat oil in a fry pan over medium-high heat. Add beef and brown.
Stir seasoning mix with water; pour over beef. Stir often, until thickened, 5 min.
Place two tortillas on each plate. Divide beef mixture on top of each. Garnish with toppings, if desired.
