Ingredients

  • 12 tsp oil
  • 1 12 lbs (675 g) lean ground beef
  • 1 pkg Taco Seasoning
  • 1 cup water
  • 8 corn tortillas

Preparation

  1. Heat oil in a fry pan over medium-high heat. Add beef and brown.
  2. Stir seasoning mix with water; pour over beef. Stir often, until thickened, 5 min.
  3. Place two tortillas on each plate. Divide beef mixture on top of each. Garnish with toppings, if desired.
