An unbeatable Irish classic ready in next to no time.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 12 cups beef broth
  • 2 tsp Beef & Steak Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp French Onion Dip Mix
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 1 large potato, diced
  • 2 celery stalks, sliced
  • 1 cup quick-cooking barley
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste

Preparation

  1. Add tomato paste to a large pot. Slowly whisk in beef broth and bring to boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 20 minutes, or until barley is tender.
