Ingredients

  • 14 cup 2% plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup mixed greens
  • 1 cup 2% milk
  • 1 scoop Power Up Vanilla Protein Blend
  • 14 tsp Apple Pie Spice, optional
  • 1 cup red fruit (try strawberries, raspberries, and/or red apples) for garnish
  • 1 tbsp seeds or nuts, optional, for garnish

Preparation

  1. In a blender, combine first seven ingredients. If you like it thicker, add ice cubes; for a thinner consistency, add water. Blend until smooth.
  2. Transfer to a bowl. Top attractively with fruit, whole food sprinkle, and seeds, if desired.
