Be My Healthy Valentine Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
1⁄4 cup 2% plain Greek yogurt
1 cup frozen raspberries
1 cup mixed greens
1 cup 2% milk
1 scoop Power Up Vanilla Protein Blend
1⁄4 tsp Apple Pie Spice, optional
1 cup red fruit (try strawberries, raspberries, and/or red apples) for garnish
1 tbsp seeds or nuts, optional, for garnish
Preparation
In a blender, combine first seven ingredients. If you like it thicker, add ice cubes; for a thinner consistency, add water. Blend until smooth.
Transfer to a bowl. Top attractively with fruit, whole food sprinkle, and seeds, if desired.
