Barbecued Chicken Pizza

Using whole-wheat, thin-crust pizza shells is a great way to sneak in fibre while controlling portion size. Try grilling on the barbecue to save time and avoid heating your home with the stove.

Ingredients

  • 1 (12 in/ 30 cm) pizza shell
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 12 cups chopped cooked chicken
  • 1 cup diced bell pepper

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400° F (205° C).
  2. Place pizza shell on a Sheet Pan lined with Sheet Pan Liner.
  3. Spread sauce on shell. Top with cheese, chicken, and pepper.
  4. Bake 12 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
