Ingredients

  • 1 banana, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup 2% plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 12 cup coconut milk
  • 14 tsp Apple Pie Spice
  • 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • ice
  • water

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add more ice for a thicker consistency or more water for a thinner consistency, as desired.
