Balsamic Green Beans & Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 4 cups green beans, trimmed
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • 2 - 3 tbsp Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, prepared
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing Mix
  • 34 cup olive oil
  • 14 cup balsamic vinegar
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste

Preparation

  1. Rinse beans and tomatoes in cold water, and place in Multipurpose Steamer. Season with Salt. Cover, and microwave on high until tender-crisp, approximately 5-7 minutes.
  2. Turn into a serving dish, drizzle with Balsamic Vinaigrette, and serve.
