Bali Chicken Quesadillas with Sriracha Aioli
Ingredients
1 1⁄2 cups Big Batch Bali Chicken, cooked, sliced or cubed
3⁄4 cup grated low-fat cheese
1 green pepper, diced – optional
4 flour tortillas
1 recipe prepared Sriracha Aioli
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400° F (205° C).
Combine first 3 ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Lay 2 tortillas on a Sheet Pan lined with a Sheet Pan Liner.
Divide mixture between tortillas, spreading to within 1⁄2" of edge.
Top each with another tortilla. Bake for approximately 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
Cut into wedges, and serve with prepared Sriracha Aioli.
