Baked Brie Bites

Meet your new favourite, stress-free, holiday appetizer! These baked brie bites have got you covered. Make your own tangy cranberry sauce, divide it into some mini tart shells, add a slice of creamy brie, and bake until melty. It's a no-fuss party food that'll have everyone talking.

Ingredients
  • 18 frozen mini tart shells

  • 1 cup frozen cranberries

  • 14 cup water

  • 1 pkg Maple Balsamic Chicken Seasoning

  • 12 wheel (200 g) brie cheese

Instructions
  • Preheat oven to 375° F. Place tart shells on Sheet Pan. Bake 10–12 min or until golden.

  • Meanwhile, add cranberries, water, and seasoning to a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, stirring often and gently squishing cranberries, until mixture reaches a jam-like consistency, about 5 min.

  • Divide cranberry sauce evenly between each baked tart shell.

  • Slice brie into 18 equal pieces and place on top of cranberry sauce in the tart shells.

  • Bake 6–7 min or until brie is soft and just starting to melt.

  • Serve warm or at room temperature. Drizzle with maple syrup, if desired.
