Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 14 cup apple sauce, unsweetened
  • 14 cup quick oats
  • 1 cup mixed greens
  • 34 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp Apple Pie Spice
  • 1 scoop Power Up Vanilla Protein Blend

Preparation

  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients except toppings. Blend until smooth—if you like it thicker, add ice cubes; for a thinner consistency, add water.
  2. Transfer to a bowl. Top with your choice of toppings, if desired, and serve.
