Ingredients
1 frozen banana
1⁄4 cup apple sauce, unsweetened
1⁄4 cup quick oats
1 cup mixed greens
3⁄4 cup almond milk
1 tsp Apple Pie Spice
1 scoop Power Up Vanilla Protein Blend
Instructions
In a blender, combine all ingredients except toppings. Blend until smooth—if you like it thicker, add ice cubes; for a thinner consistency, add water.
Transfer to a bowl. Top with your choice of toppings, if desired, and serve.
