Whip up this quick and easy cheeseburger dip created by Nikole Sturgis! It'll be your new party favourite, packing all the flavours of a cheesy burger, minus the bun!
In Multipurpose Steamer, add ground beef. Cover and microwave on high 3-5 min, or until beef is cooked through. Break up meat using Ground Meat Separator. Drain excess liquid; season to taste with salt and pepper. Transfer beef to Square Steamer or 8"X8" baking dish.
Arrange bacon over tray in Multipurpose Steamer. Cover and microwave on high 4-5 min, or until crisp. Once cooled, crumble bacon. Set 1 tbsp aside for topping.
To steamer or dish with cooked ground beef, add crumbled bacon, seasoning, cheddar, tomatoes, cream cheese, and sour cream. Stir to combine. Bake, uncovered, 10 -12 min, or until heated through and bubbling.
Meanwhile, chop pickles and green onions.
Remove dip from oven, top with pickles, green onions, reserved, crumbled bacon and toppings, if desired.
