4 small corn or whole-wheat tortillas or hard taco shells
1 cup Poco Picante Salsa, prepared
2 tbsp Poco Picante Salsa Mix
1 cup diced tomatoes
1 tsp lime juice, optional
cilantro, optional
1 cup Guacamole, optional
2 ripe avocados
3 tbsp Guacamole Dip Mix
lime juice, optional
Preparation
Toss cabbage and carrots with Italian Dressing, then blend in salmon.
Divide between tortillas, spooning mixture over right side of each. Top each with a spoonful of Poco Picante Salsa. Fold tortillas over and place on plates. Serve with remaining salsa on the side.
