Zen out with this Asian-inspired nourish bowl.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked brown rice
  • 1 cup coleslaw mix
  • 4 oz (12 cup) grilled steak, sliced thinly
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Ginger Miso Dressing, prepared
  • 23 cup oil
  • 13 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp hot water
  • 2 tbsp miso paste
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Ginger Dressing Mix
  • 2 tsp ginger (ground)
  • Chipotle Aioli, prepared, optional
  • 1 tbsp Chipotle Aioli Mix
  • 1 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp lemon juice, optional

Preparation

  1. Place rice into a serving bowl.
  2. Arrange coleslaw and beef on top.
  3. Drizzle with dressing and top with aioli, if desired. Serve.
