Asian Zen Bowl
Zen out with this Asian-inspired nourish bowl.
Ingredients
1 cup cooked brown rice
1 cup coleslaw mix
4 oz (1⁄2 cup) grilled steak, sliced thinly
1 tbsp Sesame Ginger Miso Dressing, prepared
2⁄3 cup oil
1⁄3 cup rice wine vinegar
2 tbsp hot water
2 tbsp miso paste
2 tbsp Sesame Ginger Dressing Mix
2 tsp ginger (ground)
Chipotle Aioli, prepared, optional
1 tbsp Chipotle Aioli Mix
1 cup light mayonnaise
1 tsp lemon juice, optional
Preparation
Place rice into a serving bowl.
Arrange coleslaw and beef on top.
Drizzle with dressing and top with aioli, if desired. Serve.
