Ingredients

  • 2 cans (6 oz/170 g) tuna, drained
  • 2 slices sandwich bread, torn into small pieces
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp Asian Stir-Fry Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Dilly Dip Mix
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp Roasted Garlic Aioli, prepared
  • 1 tbsp Roasted Garlic Aioli Mix
  • 1 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp lemon juice, optional
  • 4 buns

Preparation

  1. Mix first five ingredients until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into four patties. Patties can be stored in the refrigerator for up to two days. Heat a frying pan to medium, add oil, and pan-fry patties for approximately 5 minutes per side, until crisp and brown on the outside and warmed through.
  3. Serve on buns with your favourite toppings and a dollop of aioli.
