Ingredients

  • 12 cup mayonnaise
  • 12 tbsp Chipotle Aioli Mix
  • 1 tsp lemon juice, optional
  • 1 lb (450 g) ground chicken or pork
  • 1 tbsp Asian Stir-Fry Seasoning
  • 1 green onion
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 14 English cucumber
  • 8 taco shells

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, stir together mayo, aioli mix, and lemon juice, if desired. Set aside.
  2. In Multipurpose Steamer, combine meat with seasoning . Cover; microwave on high until meat is cooked through, 3−5 min.
  3. Meanwhile, thinly slice green onion. Using a Y-peeler, make cucumber ribbons.
  4. Spoon meat mixture into taco shells. Top with veggies and a dollop of aioli.
