Ingredients

  • 10 cups baby spinach
  • 1 pkg (8 oz/227 g) sliced button mushrooms
  • 12 avocado
  • 12 red onion
  • Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Sesame Ginger Dressing, prepared
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Ginger Dressing Mix
  • 3 tbsp low sodium soy sauce or gluten free soy sauce
  • 13 cup oil
  • 12 cup rice vinegar
  • Sesame Crunch Topper, to taste

Preparation

  1. Place spinach in a large serving bowl. Add mushrooms, avocado, and onion. Season with Sea Salt and Black Pepper, then drizzle with Sesame Ginger Dressing.
  2. Gently toss to mix. Shake Sesame Crunch Topper overtop.
