Ingredients

  • 1 12 lbs (675 g) cabbage (regular, Savoy, or Chinese), thinly sliced
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 4 green onions, thinly sliced on an angle
  • 1 cup Sesame Ginger Dressing
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Ginger Dressing Mix
  • 3 tbsp low sodium soy sauce or gluten free soy sauce
  • 13 cup oil
  • 12 cup rice vinegar
