Asian Shrimp Stir-fry

Ingredients

  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • 1 tbsp light oyster sauce, or soy sauce
  • 12 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Asian Stir-Fry Seasoning
  • 12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tsp vegetable oil
  • 12 red onion, sliced
  • 13 cup fresh or canned pineapple pieces

Preparation

  1. Whisk first 4 ingredients in a bowl. Add shrimp, cover, and marinate in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes
  2. Place a Wok or frying pan over medium-high heat, and add oil.
  3. Add shrimp and marinade and flash fry for 2–3 minutes. Add onion and pineapple and toss to combine. Continue cooking for 2–3 minutes and serve warm.
