Shake up your veggie lineup by opting for popular Asian favourites like crisp bok choy, vibrant carrots, or even add a unique twist with bamboo shoots (find them canned, typically in the international aisle).

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked rice, quinoa, or rice noodles
  • 1 cup mixture of sliced raw Asian-style veggies
  • 2 cups broccoli or carrot slaw
  • 5 oz (150 g) Tofu Fries, prepared with Sesame Ginger Dressing Mix
  • 1 pkg (14 oz/400 g) extra-firm tofu
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp Fajita Seasoning, or Epicure seasoning of your choice
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Ginger Dressing, prepared
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Ginger Dressing Mix
  • 3 tbsp low sodium soy sauce or gluten free soy sauce
  • 13 cup oil
  • 12 cup rice vinegar
  • Poke Bowl Topper Blend, or sesame seeds, to garnish

Preparation

  1. Place cooked grain into a serving bowl.
  2. Arrange veggies, slaw, and tofu on top.
  3. Drizzle with dressing and garnish with Poke Bowl Topper Blend or sesame seeds.
