Asian Hot and Sour Coleslaw
Great with grilled chicken, burgers, ribs, pan-fried fish or just on its own!
Ingredients
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 bag store-bought coleslaw mix
2 cups bean sprouts
1 recipe prepared Ultimate Asian Sauce
3 tbsp Red Pepper Jelly
2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce, or gluten free soy sauce
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp Asian Stir-Fry Seasoning
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp crushed chilies
1⁄2 cup chopped unsalted peanuts
Preparation
Combine peppers, coleslaw mix and bean sprouts in a medium or large serving bowl.
Add Asian Sauce or Dressing and toss to coat.
Sprinkle with peanuts and serve.
