Asian Hot and Sour Coleslaw

Great with grilled chicken, burgers, ribs, pan-fried fish or just on its own!

Ingredients

  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 bag store-bought coleslaw mix
  • 2 cups bean sprouts
  • 1 recipe prepared Ultimate Asian Sauce
  • 3 tbsp Red Pepper Jelly
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce, or gluten free soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Asian Stir-Fry Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp crushed chilies
  • 12 cup chopped unsalted peanuts

Preparation

  1. Combine peppers, coleslaw mix and bean sprouts in a medium or large serving bowl.
  2. Add Asian Sauce or Dressing and toss to coat.
  3. Sprinkle with peanuts and serve.
