Ingredients 1 recipe prepared Asian Lettuce Wraps, cooked beef
1 lb (450 g) lean ground beef, chicken, pork, or soy
2 1 ⁄2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce, divided
1 tbsp Asian Stir-Fry Seasoning
1 tbsp Sesame Ginger Dressing Mix
1 ⁄4 cup rice vinegar
1 tbsp oil
1 cup coleslaw mix
8 - 16 leaves butter or iceberg lettuce
1 tsp Minced Garlic
1 lb (450 g) fresh or frozen broccoli florets
1 tsp cornstarch
1 ⁄2 cup Vegetable Broth, prepared
1 1 ⁄2 tsp Vegetable Broth Mix
1 cup boiling water
Chili Flakes & Garlic Topper, optional
Preparation Heat a Wok or frying pan over medium-high heat.
Add beef and Minced Garlic. Stir-fry for 3–5 minutes. Add broccoli.
Whisk together cornstarch and Vegetable Broth and add to pan.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer uncovered for approximately 5 minutes, or until broccoli is tender-crisp and sauce thick. Add chili peppers, if desired. Serve.
