Asian Beef Stir-fry

Ingredients
  • 1 recipe prepared Asian Lettuce Wraps, cooked beef

  • 1 lb (450 g) lean ground beef, chicken, pork, or soy

  • 2 12 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce, divided

  • 1 tbsp Asian Stir-Fry Seasoning

  • 1 tbsp Sesame Ginger Dressing Mix

  • 14 cup rice vinegar

  • 1 tbsp oil

  • 1 cup coleslaw mix

  • 8 - 16 leaves butter or iceberg lettuce

  • 1 tsp Minced Garlic

  • 1 lb (450 g) fresh or frozen broccoli florets

  • 1 tsp cornstarch

  • 12 cup Vegetable Broth, prepared

  • 1 12 tsp Vegetable Broth Mix

  • 1 cup boiling water

  • Chili Flakes & Garlic Topper, optional

Instructions
  • Heat a Wok or frying pan over medium-high heat.

  • Add beef and Minced Garlic. Stir-fry for 3–5 minutes. Add broccoli.

  • Whisk together cornstarch and Vegetable Broth and add to pan.

  • Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer uncovered for approximately 5 minutes, or until broccoli is tender-crisp and sauce thick. Add chili peppers, if desired. Serve.
