Asian Beef & Pineapple Kebabs

Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) top sirloin beef
  • 2 tbsp Asian Stir-Fry Seasoning or Sesame Ginger Dressing Mix
  • 2 tbsp olive oil, divided
  • 2 cups pineapple
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 tbsp Teriyaki Dry Glaze or General Tao Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Red Pepper Jelly, or honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

Preparation

  1. Preheat grill to medium high.
  2. Cut beef into cubes. In bowl, combine seasoning and 1 tbsp oil. Add beef; stir to evenly coat.
  3. Cut pineapple into 1” pieces. Using the 4-in-1 Mandoline, slice the zucchini into ribbons. Thread meat, fruit, and vegetables onto skewers.
  4. Place skewers on grill; rotate often until lightly charred and beef is cooked through, 8–10 min.
  5. Meanwhile, in a bowl, stir together dry glaze, jelly, soy sauce, and 1 tbsp oil.
  6. Place skewers onto a large platter; drizzle with sauce.
