4 (6 oz/170 g) cod fillets, or any firm white fish
Sea Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
Preparation
Mix together crushed tomatoes and Marinara Sauce Mix in a microwave safe dish. Microwave on high for 3 - 4 minutes, stirring every minute. Keep warm.
Season fish fillets with Sea Salt and Pepper. Heat a frying pan over medium heat; add olive oil and saute fish until both sides are browned and fish is just beginning to flake.
Place fish fillets on serving plate and top with prepared Marinara sauce.
