A gorgeous combination of blue cheese and mescal greens – the perfect salad for entertaining. Serve in a Lacy Parmesan Bowl.
Ingredients
12 cups mixed salad greens
1⁄4 cup crumbled blue cheese
1 small green apple, cored and thinly sliced
1 small red apple, cored and thinly sliced
1⁄4 cup walnut crumbs
1 tbsp Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing Mix
1⁄3 tasse olive oil
3 tbsp raspberry vinegar
Sea Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
Preparation
Place salad ingredients in order listed in bowl or on a serving platter.
Whisk Balsamic Vinaigrette Seasoning with olive oil and raspberry vinegar. Season with Salt and Pepper.
Drizzle salad with dressing and serve immediately.
