Apple Walnut Salad

A gorgeous combination of blue cheese and mescal greens – the perfect salad for entertaining. Serve in a Lacy Parmesan Bowl.

Ingredients

  • 12 cups mixed salad greens
  • 14 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 small green apple, cored and thinly sliced
  • 1 small red apple, cored and thinly sliced
  • 14 cup walnut crumbs
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing Mix
  • 13 tasse olive oil
  • 3 tbsp raspberry vinegar
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste

Preparation

  1. Place salad ingredients in order listed in bowl or on a serving platter.
  2. Whisk Balsamic Vinaigrette Seasoning with olive oil and raspberry vinegar. Season with Salt and Pepper.
  3. Drizzle salad with dressing and serve immediately.
