Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk or fortified, non-dairy alternative
  • 1 12 cups quick oats
  • 1 tsp Apple Pie Spice
  • 2 apples, sliced
  • 1 12 cups 2% plain Greek yogurt
  • 12 cup almonds, sliced
  • 4 tsp maple syrup

Preparation

  1. In a Round or Multipurpose Steamer, add milk, oats, and apple pie spice; stir until combined.
  2. Top oat mixture with sliced apples and microwave, covered, for 4–6 min.
  3. Portion into 4 bowls and top with 1⁄4 cup plain Greek yogurt, 1 tbsp sliced almonds, and 1 tsp maple syrup.
