Great vegan substitute for yogurts and mayonnaise in recipes.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 oz/398 ml) cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
  • 14 cup olive oil or 1/2 an avocado, optional
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
  • 1 - 2 tbsp Roasted Garlic Aioli Mix
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste

Preparation

  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients.
  2. Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
