After Ate Hot Chocolate

Ingredients
2 tsp After Ate Tea
3⁄4 cup boiling water
2 tsp cocoa powder
2 tsp sugar, or to taste
1⁄2 cup low-fat milk
1 oz bourbon or rum, optional
Instructions
Steep tea in water for 5 minutes and strain.
In a small saucepan, whisk together cocoa powder, sugar, and half of the brewed tea to make a smooth paste with no lumps.
Whisk in the milk and the remaining tea. Heat gently until hot, but do not boil.
Whisk in the bourbon or rum if using, and serve!
