1⁄2 cup natural crunchy peanut butter, or nut butter alternative
Preparation
Peel and cut sweet potatoes into small cubes (about 4 cups). Place in Multipurpose Steamer; cover, microwave on high for 6 min.
Meanwhile, in Wok, cook turkey over medium high heat until cooked through, 3–5 min. Stir in seasoning, tomatoes, coconut milk and water or broth. Cover; cook for 5 min.
Stir in sweet potatoes and peanut butter. Add toppings, if desired.
