Ingredients

  • 1 12 cups Nourish Broth, prepared
  • 1 12 tsp Nourish Broth Mix
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 13 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2 tbsp raisins
  • 2 tsp Vegetable Seasoning
  • 1 cup couscous

Preparation

  1. Bring Nourish Bouillon to a boil in Multipurpose Pot - 8 cup.
  2. Add vegetables, raisins and Seasoning. Simmer for 2 minutes.
  3. Stir in couscous. Remove from heat, cover and let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve.
