Our steamer method is super easy and amazingly tasty as it allows the flavours of the salmon and the Pesto blend to infuse and develop wonderfully. Ingredients
1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
2 tsp Asian Stir-Fry Seasoning or Lemon Dilly Dip Mix or prepared Pesto Sauce, divided
2 tbsp Pesto Sauce Mix
2 tbsp water
2 tbsp pine nuts or pistachio nuts, optional
1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1⁄4 cup olive oil
2 (4 oz/110 g) salmon fillets, skin removed
Preparation
Place asparagus in Rectangular Steamer; sprinkle with 1 tsp seasoning. Lay salmon over top; sprinkle with remaining seasoning.
