3 Onion Sesame Crunch Rice
Ingredients
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp Sesame Crunch Topper
1 cup rice
1 1⁄2 cups prepared Nourish Broth, or light coconut milk for a creamier version
1 1⁄2 tsp Nourish Broth Mix
1 cup boiling water
1 tsp Sea Salt, finely ground
1 tbsp 3 Onion Dip Mix
Preparation
In Multipurpose Pot, combine all ingredients.
Cover and bring to a boil over medium heat. Simmer, covered, for 12–15 minutes, or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
Fluff with a fork and serve.
