Add 3 Onion Dip Mix, mustard, Pepper and egg to mashed potato.
Fold in crab and let mixture cool for 5 minutes.
Rinse hands under cold water before forming patties to prevent mixture from sticking. Divide mixture to desired number of cakes. Wrap with plastic and chill in refrigerator.
Lightly spray a frying pan with vegetable or olive oil. Pan-fry cakes over medium heat for 5 minutes per side, or until heated through and golden.
