Ingredients

  • 1 can (19 oz/540 ml) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (19 oz/540 ml) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (19 oz/540 ml) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup corn niblets (canned or frozen), drained or thawed
  • 2 green onions
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes (canned or fresh)
  • 13 cup orange juice
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Nacho Cheese Dip Mix

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Serve, or marinate in fridge for up to 2 days.
