15-minute Vegetarian Chili
Ingredients
1 lb (450 g) ground soy round
4 cups Marinara Sauce
1 can (28 oz/796 ml) diced tomatoes
1 can (28 oz/796 ml) crushed tomatoes
3 tbsp Marinara Sauce Mix
2 cups frozen vegetables – any kind
1 - 2 tbsp Chili Seasoning or Chipotle Aioli Mix
1 can (14 oz/398 ml) kidney beans
Preparation
Heat ground soy in Multipurpose Pot over medium-high heat for approximately 2 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients and heat for approximately 8 minutes.
