15-Minute Meatloaf
Ingredients
1 large egg
1⁄4 cup liquid egg whites
1 lb (450 g) lean ground beef, pork, turkey, chicken, or ground soy
2 tbsp 3 Onion Dip Mix
Sea Salt , to taste
Black Pepper , to taste
3 tbsp Marinara Sauce, prepared
1 can (28 oz/796 ml) diced tomatoes
1 can (28 oz/796 ml) crushed tomatoes
3 tbsp Marinara Sauce Mix
Preparation
In a bowl, combine egg and egg whites.
Add all remaining ingredients except Marinara Sauce and mix to combine. Place in a Rectangular Steamer and press down to pack lightly.
Cover with lid and microwave on high for 9–10 minutes. Let rest for 5 minutes, then turn out of steamer, drizzle with sauce, and slice.
