Ingredients
  • 1 large egg

  • 14 cup liquid egg whites

  • 1 lb (450 g) lean ground beef, pork, turkey, chicken, or ground soy

  • 2 tbsp 3 Onion Dip Mix

  • Sea Salt , to taste

  • Black Pepper , to taste

  • 3 tbsp Marinara Sauce, prepared

  • 1 can (28 oz/796 ml) diced tomatoes

  • 1 can (28 oz/796 ml) crushed tomatoes

  • 3 tbsp Marinara Sauce Mix

Instructions
  • In a bowl, combine egg and egg whites.

  • Add all remaining ingredients except Marinara Sauce and mix to combine. Place in a Rectangular Steamer and press down to pack lightly.

  • Cover with lid and microwave on high for 9–10 minutes. Let rest for 5 minutes, then turn out of steamer, drizzle with sauce, and slice.
