Ingredients

  • 2 cups cranberries, fresh or frozen
  • 12 cup water
  • 2 tbsp Chia Jam Mix
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp orange juice
  • 1 tsp orange zest

Preparation

  1. Combine cranberries, water, mix, maple syrup, orange juice, and zest in a Rectangular Steamer.
  2. Cover; microwave on high, for 4–5 min.
  3. Mash with Ground Meat Separator; let cool slightly, before serving.

Tips

This sauce only has 2 g (1⁄4 tsp) of sugar per 1 tbsp! Most store-bought cranberry sauce can contain up to a whopping 11 g (almost 3 tsp) of sugar per tbsp.
