Ingredients
  • 1 medium tomato or 1/2 cup canned diced tomatoes

  • 4 oz (112 g) boneless, skinless chicken breast filets

  • 12 cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed

  • 12 tbsp Poco Picante Salsa Mix

  • 1 whole-wheat tortilla wrap

Instructions
  • Dice tomato. Toss together tomato, chicken, beans, and salsa mix in Rectangular Steamer.

  • Cover; microwave on high for 5 min, or until chicken is cooked through.

  • Dish up with a warm tortilla.
