Based on the French Provençale dish, Ratatouille Seasoning is rich with herbs and garlic. All you need to do is chop up a few simple veggies (think peppers, eggplant, and zucchini), open a can of tomatoes, sauté until tender, and voilà, you’ve got a beautiful flavor bomb ready to go!

This recipe is a fun and elegant (and, not to mention, protein-packed) way to serve a classic, French, veggie dish when entertaining guests. To save time, prep Ratatouille ahead of time—when it’s time to dish it up, simply re-heat it on the stovetop or in the microwave.
